Manathakkali Vathal (Sun-dried Black Nightshade berries) is a traditional South Indian food. Sundried berries simmered in a tamarind-based gravy or Kuzhambu.
INGREDIENTS:
Black Nightshade berries, Curd/ Buttermilk.
Cooking Method: It is fried in oil and adds with gravy. It has medicinal value in aiding digestion and treating stomach ulcers, this dish is often paired with hot steamed rice.
