Pavakkai Vathal (Sun-Dried Bitter Gourd) is a traditional South Indian side dish.
INGREDIENTS:
Bitter Gourd, Buttermilk.
Cooking Method: Heat oil and fry the dried pieces until they turn brown. It serves as a perfect crunchy side dish for Dal Rice, Rasam Rice, Curd Rice, or Bisibela Bath.
